Policies
Here at Silver Spoon Scraps we love to make you happy, we know you have options to shop anywhere and want to make your purchase special and worth your while.
Returns: We do not accept returns due to the fact that most items are hand made and custom made. We make every effort before the sale that you will be happy with your purchase. If we are doing a custom order we will discuss and design with you until you are 100% happy.
Shipping: We mostly ship Priority Mail with USPS for our smaller orders including scrapbooks. If you have a large item we will ship with UPS or freight carrier of your choice.
Payments: You may make your payment with Paypal using your credit card or bank account which must be done immediately on our site when you check out or you have the option to call in and we can process your credit card over the phone. You may also mail in a check or money order. Checks must clear and we must get them within 7 days, money orders are treated as cash and your items will ship asap. Please do not send cash.
International orders: We are happy to ship to our international customers, please send us an email with the items you would like to purchase and we will calculate shipping cost and invoice you.

Are your items one of a kind?
Some of our items are vintage and I always will note that, some however are newly made to look vintage and there may be more than one available. I am currently working with a company to remake some our favorite things to bring to the store. One of the designs will be a version of a vintage laundry bag I adore but do to its age wasn't good for everyday use so I am remaking it for you and there will be many available!
Do you have a physical location?
No- For now Silver Spoon Scraps is just available online however this does allow us to reach our customers worldwide.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes We love to! If you ever see a scrapbook for example we carry but wish it had something a little different then just ask or maybe you have a large order for a party/event like a wedding or baby shower and need something special just ask. We aim to please our customers.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, please fill out the application on the wholesale link page and we will get back with. Please also email us with items you are interested in, quantities so we can figure the best discount for your company.
